The Mount Washington Valley Eaters And Growers’s Food For All 2026 program is kicking off on Monday, February 23rd!
MWVEG is once again taking the initiative to help make local food accessible to community members of all income levels. This will be the sixth year of the successful program and they are aiming to feed more families than ever.
Their mission is to nourish our community by increasing access to locally grown foods while strengthening relationships with farmers, families and the land.
Many community members don’t qualify for the federal nutrition incentives such as SNAP but they still have a need for nutritious food. Since 2020, MWVEG has raised over $55,000 for distribution to local families to purchase local food with our partner farms.
