Directions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a mixer to combine evenly.
  2. Heat up the caramel dip until it is a pourable consistency. If using a microwave, use 15 second intervals.
  3. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
  6. Dip fresh apples and enjoy!
