New Hampshire Kombucha Company is the 2nd fully licensed kombucha Beverage Manufacturer in the state of NH. It is the 1st and ONLY kombucha company in Carroll County and the Mount Washington Valley!

“Kombucha” is the traditional name used for sweetened tea fermented using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). Kombucha has been prepared in various cultures around the world since ancient times.

New Hampshire Kombucha Company is licensed as an alcoholic beverage because through the natural process of fermentation their kombucha may exceed the limit of 0.5% ABV. Many mass produced kombucha products on the market remove the alcohol using high-tech processes, additives to stop fermentation, or pasteurize the good bacteria in order to qualify as a non-alcoholic beverage.

They follow the traditional brewing process and celebrate RAW kombucha with real live culture flavor that makes it so wonderful and unique.
