Benefiting Food For All Local Food Access Fund
Mount Washington Valley Eaters & Growers (MVEG) will be offering up vegetarian Grain Bowls at the Tamworth 4th of July celebration, in the village. Friday, July 4th, celebrate with good food, cold seltzers, and fresh herb iced teas, along with some MWVEG merch. All proceeds go to their Local Food Access Fund, providing vouchers to help folks in our communities purchase locally grown food.
The 4th July parade starts at 11am, with food and activities to follow. Find us serving up from 11:30-2pm, right in Tamworth Village.
Grain Bowls are a sliding scale, starting at $15. Gluten free option available. All the veggies have been locally sourced by some of our member farms, so eat well at this great fundraiser food tent! Look for the MWVEG banner, and grab one of our new local farm guides. We’ll have our signature veggie print note cards and t-shirts, and African market baskets for sale.
