The Bakers Table stems from The Sweet Maple Cafe that I established in 2011. It was on the far back wall in the kitchen of that cafe a long butcher block table that  I called “The Bakers Table”. This is where I learned to bake and cook. I was determined to be different than the traditional eatery and that I was. I owned a very successful breakfast, lunch restaurant, espresso bar, Boars Head Deli and gift shop all in one. It was fun and i loved what I created.

As time passed my life had changes and it was time to make a change. After selling the cafe fall of 2019 I decided to take a year off not knowing what I was going to do next. In 2021 “The Bakers Table”  was established. I had goals: I wanted to stay small with no overhead and work out of my home. I started by offering my baked goods at a small Friday night market at Hobbs in Ossipee. The following year Tamworth Farmers Market accepted my application and it’s been a blessing to be apart of my own community offering my baked goods for all to enjoy.

My big sellers is most everything I bring to the market. I stand by using top quality ingredients and local products to make the best quality product I can.

I’ve always stood by quality over quantity. A few of my top sellers is my big beautiful fresh fruit buttermilk scones, sourdough artisan bread and my flatbread focaccia. Though I do go with a large offering so I have something for everyone.
